Package Includes:

• Single point of contact to provide focus and detail-oriented planning and management for the successful execution of event
• Online Task Management Software
  – For corporate events, and others if you so choose, your event will be uploaded to our online management tool in order to track deliverables, communicate requests, and follow the planning progress of your event (Asana)
• Orchestrate detailed food/beverage menu and marketing plans to provide cohesive and innovative experience
• Connects event objectives to broader organizational goals and messages (as needed)
• Management of budget, vendors, and payments
• Create detailed floor plans and layouts of all event spaces
• Select and secure vendors, contract negotiations, schedule and supervise support staff, and oversee event execution (planning, transportation, delivery, setup, operation, and cleanup)
• RSVP management (as needed)

This package is perfect for the bride who would like to take the lead during the planning process, but also wants dedicated attention and support throughout the entire process. You will receive assistance with selecting and securing all vendors, creating floral and design concepts, imaging your vision, and bringing it to life. You want to do the research, but prefer someone else to finalize and keep track of the details once you have made the big decisions.

This upgraded service provides a closer level of support than our base package but still allows the bride to hold the reigns, while Ivory Post & Co. continues to provide the organization and execution of your wedding day.

  • Wedding Attire Management for bride and groom (dress shopping appointment management, alterations appointment management, and final preparations)

This package if our most detailed and comprehensive planning service. It is meant for the bride who wants Ivory Post & Co. to manage every aspect of her wedding planning from the initial concept and design to complete event management in order to create an innovative and magical celebration for herself, her groom, and her loved ones!

Ivory Post & Co. will handle all planning details, conduct final preparations, manage wedding rehearsal, and execute day-of-coordination.

Vendor Selection

• You will always have the final say! Once you have selected your choice of vendors, we will put your selections in place by securing vendors for your event
• Examples of such vendors include wedding and/or reception venue, caterer, photographer/videographer, entertainment, florist, linens, decor rentals, stationery, cake, officiant, hair/ makeup, hotel accommodations, transportation, permits and security (if needed), etc.
